Cisco's OneTen Commitment
As a founding member of the OneTen initiative, Cisco is committed to adding 500 Black contractors, channel partners, hires, and promotions over the next 10 years. Taking a skills-based approach, we actively work to match talent with the right roles, not always requiring a degree or technical skills. In partnership with OneTen, we are determined to help close opportunity gaps for Black talent in America.
